Raising a concern

Parents will have concerns from time to time and the school wants to work with parents to address these in the best way possible. In order to do this most effectively we have a 4 step procedure:

 

Step 1 – Raise the concern with the class teacher

Step 2 – Raise your concern with the KS lead or SENCo (if your concern relates to SEN). FS lead – Miss Trevette, KS1 lead - Ms Lynch, KS2 lead - Mr Gagen. SENCo - Mrs Woolley.

Step 3 – Raise your concern with the Deputy Head teacher – Ms Byrne

Step 4 – Raise your concern with the Head teacher.
